Once upon a time, a stunning arboreal tarantula by the name of Psalmopoeus irminia flourished in the verdant jungles of Venezuela, Guyana, and Brazil. This particular spider was distinctive for its striking black colouring combined with gorgeous orange chevron and leg patterns. It was a species that matured quickly, taking only a few years.
