Live arrival guarantee (LAG)

We guarantee live arrival on all Tarantulas shipped RMSD/Royal Mail Special Delivery. The live arrival guarantee is void if no one is present to receive and sign for the package on the arranged day resulting in a delay in transit. The LAG is also void if the package is delayed due to any reason caused by the customer e.g. wrong address. We must be notified of any Dead on Arrival (DOA) Tarantula within 4 hours and provided with a colour photograph to claim a refund, after this period all claims are null and void. In the unlikely event of any DOAs we will refund the cost of Tarantulas only.

General 

The images displayed on product pages are specimen examples and may not represent the specimen you will actually receive.

The sizes listed are the approximate diagonal leg spans. Typically, juveniles will have the adult colouring. 

Orders, Cancellation and Returns

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Orders can be cancelled 24hrs before dispatch and will incur an administration fee of 5% of the cost of your order. We do not accept returns. All sizes are approximate, we state / offer the sizes of the specimens we have in stock within the product description. Sizes may vary, some may be a little bigger and some a little smaller.

We will not sell or otherwise distribute your details to any third party without your permission.

All transactions go through third party payment processors Wix Payments, Adyen N.V., Stripe & Paypal and at no point do we see, process or store your credit or debit card details submitted via our website. Please see their websites for more details.
